Railroad Museum Ghost of the past display

Below is a start of a series on the railroad museum.  All photos are totally unaltered except with contrast and birghtness. 

 The sculptures are in the lobby of the Galveston Railroad Museum. They are part of the "Ghosts of Travelers Past" exhibit  created by Ivan and Elliot Schwartze, brothers, of New York City many years ago.
These amazingly lifelike figures were made from live models, wrapped in wet plaster to form a mold. With straws for breathing, and wires to hold up their arms, the models remained in place for 5 hours !


The shot were taken not at night but during the day with an 18 millimeter lens.


 I know you are thinking some great software but again these photos are unaltered. They are Ghost Shots.




 This old man is one of my favorite people. I will probably try to reshoot him but wanted him in the first layout.
